About the ProgramFuture Builders is a hands-on workforce readiness program designed to prepare youth and adults for career pathways in high-demand skilled trades. Through partnerships with the Tennessee Builders Education Foundation (TBEF), TCAT, American Job Center, and local construction professionals, participants gain employability skills, technical training, and direct access to employer partners ready to hire.
This 6–8 week experience combines classroom instruction, hands-on learning, digital literacy, and career coaching to ensure every participant is fully prepared to enter the workforce with confidence. |
